Attitash began summer operations in 1976 with the Alpine Slide, considered the longest in North America. It was imported from Germany and was the second of its kind to be installed in the United States. Operations grew in 1979 with the Aquaboggan Waterslides, and over the years Attitash continued to add new attractions, including the Nor’Easter Mountain Coaster, the latest addition to the family of attractions. Located in the heart of the White Mountains, take the opportunity to ride on the scenic chair to our 2,350-foot summit for unbeatable views of Mt. Washington and the Presidential Range.
